The Don sphinxes are surprizing and original lady-cats. Nobody at sight of sphinx remains indifferent, although a reaction at all is different: shock, delight, amazement or, alas, disgust.  Character for lady-cats is very friendly, they are clever, sharp and show living interest to everything, that takes place around, aiming to be in the center of all events. A sphinx trusts a man to do with him all, that considers necessary, even unpleasant procedures (for example, pricks or hair-cutting of claws). of Him it is difficult to present scratching or biting a man even in a critical situation. A sphinx is an only lady-cat which sweats and becomes tanned. Lady-cats very heat-loving. It is desirable to provide a warm place to them, where they would warm up. In winter it is possible to dress a soft, not irritating skin, waistcoat. Sphinxes are considered although stability to chill, the considerable supercooling can be for them dangerous and able to result in respiratory diseases.
